AIR SERVICES

  • OPERATING FEE FOR PILOTS: a fee charged daily, per person, to all pilots or companions flying in gliders, be they privately-owned or hired.

  • OPERATION FEE FOR MOTORGLIDERS:a fee charged daily, per motorglider, when these operate within the airfield. This charge does not cover the membership cotisation.

  • PARKING: a fee charged to all gliders, ULM, powered planes and helicopters which are parked outside the hangar. In the case of gliders and motorised gliders, this fee will not apply when they are inside their own trailer.

  • HANGAR SINGLE-SEATER: a hangarage fee charged per day, per week (7 consecutive days) or per month (30 consecutive days or those corresponding to the calendar month in question) for hangaring a single-seater glider with a wingspan of less than 21 metres

  • HANGAR TWO-SEATER: a hangarage fee charged per day, per week (7 consecutive days) or per month (30 consecutive days or those corresponding to the calendar month in question) for hangaring a two-seater glider.

  • HANGAR GLIDER > 21m: a hangarage fee charged per day, per week (7 consecutive days) or per month (30 consecutive days or those corresponding to the calendar month in question) for hangaring a single-seater glider with a wingspan of more than 21 metres.

  • HANGAR  for ultralights, powered planes or helicopters: a hangarage fee charged for hangaring the above aircraft,per day, per week (7 consecutive days) or per month (30 consecutive days or those corresponding to the calendar month in question). 

  • LANDING FEE for powered planes: a charge applied to aircraft for landing at the airfield. The price will depend on the weight of the aircraft.

  • LANDING FEE for ultralights: a charge applied to ultralights for landing at the airfield.

  • AEROTOW:  the time is calculated from the moment of take-off to the end of back-tracking on the runway for the next tow or until the tug arrives at the apron after the last tow.

  • GLIDING INSTRUCTOR: a charge per hour or fraction of an hour for flying with a gliding instructor.

  • OUTLANDING PICK-UP: a charge per hour or fraction of an hour for recovery by the aerodrome staff.This service may not always be available. It is adviseable to find a fellow pilot who is willing to come to a mutual agreement regarding help in the case of landing out.

  • GLIDER HIRE

  • Per hour:  payment for hiring a glider will be made according to the time flown per hour or fraction of an hour. 

  • Special prices
  • 10 hour package: valid for 1 person only and can be used over several days. This package offers a 10% discount of the price of an hour.
  • Weekly package (unlimited hours): valid for 2 people. This allows you the hire of a glider for a week (7 consecutive days) with unlimited hours.

In order to benefit from these special prices, the office must be informed in advance of your intentions.These prices can never be applied retrospectively when you come to pay your bill.

RESERVATIONS

Bookings must be confirmed by email so we have a written record of your reservation details.

  • ADVANCED PAYMENTS

An advanced payment of 250 € is required in order to make a glider booking firm.

Advanced payments can be made by bank transfer or by giving your credit card details: cardholder name, card number, expiry date and the last three control digits which are found on the reverse of the card.

Advanced payments will be deducted from the final bill once the flights have been completed.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    In case of cancellations of the client:
  • If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days in advance, the full advanced payment will be refunded.

  • If a booking is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total advanced payment will be refunded.

  • If a booking is cancelled with less than 15 days'notice, there will be no refund.

         In case of cancellations of the company:

  • If the glider which is to be hired has been damaged rendering it unfit to fly and no other glider is available in its place, the aerodrome will do its utmost to inform the client immediately in order to avoid unnecesary expense and will flly refund the advanced payment. However, the aerodrome does not accept liability for any other expenses incurred by the client with regard to travel and accommodation.

CONTRACT

Before hiring a glider, the client must sign a hire contract available from the aerodrome office:
